Do you ever find yourself short on time? Do you review your To-Do List and wonder what, if anything, you can cut or postpone? That is exactly the position I found myself in this week. But as I looked at my list, I couldn’t find anything that wasn’t of equal importance, so I just had to find some shortcuts that would enable me to accomplish everything as efficiently as possible.
At times, I find myself in this same position when I am working in Adobe Photoshop, and I am so thankful for the Photoshop Keyboard Shortcuts that I have learned. There are literally hundreds of them, but I have committed to memory just a handful that I couldn’t live without. I want to share these with you today! Some you may already know, some I hope will be new to you!

Once I discovered Shortcuts, I started writing down the ones that I found most helpful to me and kept them handy for quick reference. It wasn’t long before I had memorized them and was using them without any thought.
Here is a little known fact about me. I am the Queen of Sticky Notes. Just take a look at my “memory system.”
In case you don’t have a drawer full of Sticky Notes handy, or prefer a more organized approach to memorization, I have created this little Shortcut Card for you. It is 3.5 x5 inches, so will print perfectly on an index card. I’ll bet it won’t be long before you are putting this card away and wondering what to do with all the extra time you have saved by utilizing shortcuts!
