Welcome everyone!! This is the mini I will be giving away today...

I will be posting the instructions below as we go along....
1. Place cardstock or lightly patterned/textured paper as a background. Make sure the pattern isn't too bold!
2. Make a large rectangle - about 3/4 the size of your page - and place it to the left of your document, leaving some room at the bottom for a title. Clip a piece of cardstock or paper to it, but again, make sure it isn't too heavily patterned.
3. Now create a bunch of squares using your shape tool and place them in a grid pattern on the rectangle. I did 4 across and 5 down.
4. Now clip patterned papers and/or photos to all of the squares. Mix and match with patterns, textures and solids.
5. Place 3 long strips on the right-hand side towards the top of the page and clip a solid/cardstock to it. Use these for journaling.
6. Place a title across the bottom, to the right of centre. Use an alpha or fancy font.
7. Place 2 - 3 embellishments on the left side of the title. I used flowers, but you could use buttons, brads, flair, bows etc.
8. Finish off by adding shadows to all layers. I also added a very gentle Inner shadow (Color Burn) to my rectangle & squares to give them extra definition.
Extra tips: You could also place embellishments on the squares and decorate your title.
