Hi Everyone,

I've been looking all over the place for the following.. have googled for hours and still need help finding the following things....

- a tutorial on how to make these cute cute scrap blinkies I see everywhere...

- instructions on how to resize a 12 x 12 scrap kit to 81/2 X 11 or smaller without losing the clarity of what I'm resizing

- 4 x 6 templates

- a tutorial on how to do an animated border like on the picture below ..

If you can help me on any of these things I would so appreciate it!

Thanks in advance and have a great night :)

Can't really help with the animation, and not sure I understand what you are asking when you say resize a scrapkit. Depending on what software you use, you simply need to lock the aspect ratio and downsize the elements and papers you want to use (or clip/crop the papers as desired). You really can't reduce a 12x12 layout to 8.5x11 due to the different ratios, but you can easily use elements and papers designed for a 12x12 layout on an 8.5x11 layout.

Also, not sure what you are looking for when you say 4x6 templates? Would this be for cards? Or a small brag-book style album?

Hi Jen.. thanks so much for responding...

I want to be able to decrease the size of papers and elements for smaller projects without losing any of their clarity. The 4 x 6 templates are for index cards
or brag book.

Thanks so much!

1. I can't help with the blinkies! I always hire mine out, I'm no good at that stuff!

2. In most programs, if you hold the shift button when you are resizing, you should maintain the size ratio of your documents. I suggest using the crop tool to crop your papers down to 8.5x11 and the resize tools to adjust elements. As long as you always make them smaller and not larger, the resolution should not be affected. If you need further help or a tutorial written, send me a PM!

3. I have some brag book sized templates in my store, some are 4x6, some are 5x7 but you can crop them down to 4x6 easily. My store is here: http://www.digitalscrapbookingstudio.com/store/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=13_203

4. I don't know how to do animation like that, I'm sorry!
