So I spend a lot of money here. I have several downloads I wanted to get done tonight on my painfully slow internet. I log on over and over again and I can't find ANYWHERE MY ACCOUNT to look at my orders like I always do. I mean, it should be one of the things easy to find here. Ya would think like in the top menus! But I can't find it! So I send an email thru contact us, which I have had little luck with of late, and now I log on over and over and it wont show I am logged in and I can't get to my account no matter what page I am on!
I sent an email last week about being charged a lot on some items I shouldn't have been and still no one has emailed me back.
I REALLY want to work on the items i paid for already! Not looking to use the site for freebies!

I'm sorry you've had trouble! I am researching that now. I did just test your account and I was able to login and see that you have downloads available. I'm sending you a more detailed email with further information :D

IS THERE ANYWAY you can call me??? My husband has also looked at this, and I have still received NO EMAILS! I CAN I found that I can log in to the commercial shop and there IS an MY ACCOUNT link on one page. When I click on that it shows ONE order from 2011. Then when I try to find MY ACCOUNT in personal use site I go from page to page and I see NO LINK that says ACCOUNT or MY ACCOUNT. PLUS THE SITE DIDN'T REMEMBER PASSWORD I had forever, and it changed it, and it didn't remember that, and now I have a new one, but can't change THAT myself because there is NO LINK FOR MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tried on FIVE PCS NOW!
PLEASE can you call????

Dinah do you have us allowed in your email account? I am pretty sure Toiny had emailed you a new password.
I'm so sorry your problem with our store hasn't been corrected yet.

here are a few answers about the my account buttons in the personal use store.

when you are logged in the my account button is below the search button in the left column or you can find it in the header by hovering over shop>personal use shop>my account

wish list is also there.

have you cleared all your cache and cookies and temp internet files? when we do any updates in the store it helps to minimize problems if old cookies and cache stores are emptied.

you can see how to do that here, this may be helpful to other customers too :)

email me at ambowife@gmail.com if you want me to send you a new password. I can certainly do that and after your cookies and cache are cleared hopefully that will fix the problem.

Dinah, Tracy is correct we have emailed you. I have sent you personal emails, and responded via the CS form you used to contact us. This has been tested and proven to work with all customers.

I think you need to clear your cookies, cache and restart your browser. Please try that and see if the new information I sent you works.

Clearing everything did make the "my account" links reappear, thank you.
The only mail I received was password resets. I even checked junk. Thanks for the help on the forum, I appreciate it.
This has been very frustrating.
