July 2012 - Christmas Letter Challenge

Hello everybody, Feli here from Feli Designs to bring you a new challenge for your scrapping pleasure!

Well, here in Germany we have had a crazy summer so far - it lasted about a week in June ;-)) No, seriously, right now it rains and we are sitting at home in sweaters! Tomorrow morning we are leaving on a 3-weeks vacation to Austria, so I am guessing it will probably be even colder in the mountains!

So we might as well celebrate Christmas in July 8)

For this challenge, which will run until 31 July, I want you to write a heartfelt letter to Santa either from your child's perspective (if you have a child) or from yourself as a child!

I am looking forward to your amazing pages and when I return in August I will pick one lucky winner who will receive a $7.50 GC to my store 0:)

My great-granddaughters visited with Santa last year. This is the oldest one's dearest wish now.

here's my try (i based the letter on conversations my little God-daughter has when she plays 'pretend Christmas' and is talking to Santa, and on the way she puts things whenever anyone asks her about what she wants from Santa):

Greetings from Austria, we are having a great time!! It rained yesterday and this morning, but we had 4 sunny days and as of tomorrow it's going to be warm again, so we are looking forward to some amazing trips!

Wow... how generous! Thank you so much. I know how easy it is to forget things when you are away on vacation. Hmmm... now will have to figure out what to get since I already have Potporrui and several of your newer releases. Always do love shopping, so will be spending time in the shop.
