Phew, it's hard to believe a whole year has passed again. Maybe Grandma was right when she said "The older you get, the faster time goes, enjoy it while you can"
Did you have traditions as a kid, that you adjusted for your own family? Or did you keep them the same? Maybe re-instated them after the matriarch of the family passed away, so you could keep her with you thru them?
We want to know about them!

This month the rules are simple:
Family traditions. That's it. Whether they stayed the same, changed slightly or whether you created complete new ones to fit your family...... anything goes. Heritage scrapping is mainly to preserve the things that would get lost in everyday life. You know, the little things that makes your family specifically your family?
There are a couple of rules to follow:
I need journaling! :-) No one-liners either...... (Background of how the tradition came to be, why/if it was changed etc)
Photo's if you have them
And please, in appreciation of our designers, could you make at least part of the lay out with The Studio designers?
Don't forget to credit what you use, and if the pictures used are generic, please make sure you have the original artists permission to do so.
Because I am so terrible late, I will let the challenge run until the end of January, so no need to hurry. If you have your Lay Out posted before the end of the year, it will go for the December count, if not, it will be added to your January count. Fair?
Post your lay out in the gallery here (http://www.digitalscrapbookingstudio.com/gallery/g1094-heritage-challenge-3a-point-in-time.html)
with a link here in the forum, so we know to go check out the gallery where we can leave some love.
Merry Christmas and a VERY blessed 2013 to you and all you hold dear,
Hugs,
Pauli
