View Full Version : Anyone else had trouble getting their orders?

I placed an order last night and the download link did not come up, the order cleared through paypal (I have a receipt) and have emailed the store owners 3 times with no response.

I was just wondering if anyone else had any trouble or if anyone knows how long it may take to get a response and get my order??

This is the first time I've had an issue like this and I am very frustrated. :(

I am so sorry you've been having these issues. The store owner's (Julie) computer went down over the weekend and she's just now getting caught up on her emails. I assure you that this isn't a regular occurrence. I will email the other administrators for you and try to get this cleared up ASAP. I know from reading some various threads on other sites recently that Paypal has been having TONS of issues communicating with zencart and there's been numerous complaints about them losing orders. I haven't heard about our site being affected though until your issue. But I'm sure now that I've sent off an email that your download links will be issued promptly. Again, I'm so sorry this happened. :(

I am so sorry for not responding to your messages, I checked all of my accounts and the trash and I have not received any of them. If you would e-mail me at stoneaccentsstudio@hotmail and send one to JulieO46@charter.net ( my private account) hopefully one of them will get through to me. I called you today and left a message on your machine, you can call me anytime until 2 am and I will take care of the problem ASAP. JulieO

i had this problem several times in the last months
in different stores in different ways.
One time there wasn't even left the order in the order history of the account.
It has nothing to do with the shops,
It absolutely is a Paypal problem.
