Can you do text on a path in PSP?!
I'm using PSE right now, and thinking of upgrading... the only thing I lack in PSE is text paths... so I was wondering if I should go with PSP? Big-Boy Photoshop is out of my price range right now....

Hi kimberly, Yes you can.
You'd start with a shape you want to work on, i mostly do circles buit it will work with any vector shape. So you draw your vector, then right click, choose convert to path. You then add the text, notice the little A will change to an angled one. You can then hide the path. Hope this helps. That's how i do mine anyway.

Lol! you're welcome! Ihave to say i totally adore my psp. You can also use Ps Layered templates, there is a manual colour correction that i totally love using. It quickly change colour of the whole item to match any colour you want. Probably only little downside is there are more PS actions than there is scripts, but there are still some decent ones. Cassel does some wonderful ones and Jules Junk is one of my fav!

Woohoo. Thank you I'll have to try that. I have PSP X2 but don't know much about using it. I also like playing with the color change effect.

Jean, the manual correction isn't actually in the list, you have to activate it, it's an unused version 9 command. If you right click on the worspace then customise. Make sure you see the enhance photo toolbar. Select unused command and drag and drop on the enhance photo toolbar. Hope this helps.
