View Full Version : Store is Back BUT...please wait

The store is back online but we are still having issues with zencart and if you purchase something now the download links will not appear when it comes to the stage to download your purchase, I am so sorry, I thought it was fixed but some settings still have to be repaired and only Toiny can do that.

Okay update on this,
Toiny is home and she is working flat out to fix the store
Once we are good again we will correct all issues and SAS will be flying high again.
Thanks for your ongoing patience everyone.

I have to say that all of our customers have been just so wonderfully understanding and patient over the weekend issues and I truly appreciate you all. What an totally awesome community this is!! :)

Yes if you bought something Toiny will have the info from Paypal that you bought it. Toiny will post updates now that she is home and working on this and just as soon as we can get everybody's downloads relinked she/we will let customers know.

Is this still an issue as I bought some stuff a few days ago and the invoice vanished... I didnt think to check here for an issue as everything looked fine oops...

Yes we are still having issues and the download links aren't working but the techies are working tirelessly to fix it and we are so so sorry hun :)

i have been able to download most of my stuff, i have had a few issues with once i download i cant unzip the files.. i will complie my list when i am done and send it to you,,, now when i try to log in to the store i cant pull up my account info,,, plz help ,, ty in advance

Does anyone know how we get to our accounts? In the store there is no link for My Account in the left column or at the top like it should be.

Is there any idea when the speeds will come back up? I have downloads with 5 hours remaining on them :(

The slow downloads may be because everyone is in trying to download all of their stuff. Maybe wait until tomorrow, if you can, and see if that's any better. :)

Bother... I wish I had the luxury of time, but I was buying a couple of kits for a page for a friends baby who passed and I need to finish the pages for tomorrow.

I might have to find something somewhere else.. I am not that fast a scrapper otherwise I might have tried early in the morning.

Yes unfortunately even though I am trying to stagger the resetting of customer downloads so we don't have another crash it will effect the download speed with so many customers downloading at the same time. We are looking forward to the move to a faster server at the close of the month.

Okay so I thought I better post an update and show my face in the forum LOL. :c
I am getting the emails out and resetting orders, very gently mind you cause we don't want a super slow download and crash again. Sooooo please if you don't hear anything by Wednesday email or pm me to give me a nudge about your order or contact the SAS customer Service email at [email protected]
I know a lot of you have already emailed but they get burried when there is something major like this and so many emails coming in. You will get your orders I just have to be gentle on the server till we get one that can handle us. We digiscrappers are pretty brutal when it comes to downloads from servers rofl!!! :DD
