Day 7 (Already!?!??)

Oh, sad, here we are at the very last day! It's been a fun week! I hope you all enjoyed the twists and challenges this month :D I can't wait to see the finished layouts!

Today's task might throw a few of you for a twist, since I've already seen some title work - so because of this I will allow anyone who already had a title on their layout after Day 6 to remove it!

We're going to make a title today, use this paper for your title. You can cut letters out of it, clip it to your text or incorporate it some other way. But it must be included in the title of your layout!

I will allow two days for everyone to complete their layouts and pop a link in this thread, PLEASE PLEASE be sure your layout is in the correct Gallery as that is where I'll be getting the pictures for the voting and I wouldn't want anyone to miss out

My daughter Michelle on Mothers Day in the yard playing ball with the dog Dallas. It was a windy day. Dallas loves balls and water. He kept jumping into the pond and trying to come into the house.

When I was in High School I took French and always wanted to go to Paris, France. So when I was to name my daughter the Beatles came out with the song MICHELLE. I knew that was the name for my daughter right away.
The words and style of "Michelle" has its origins in the popularity of French Left Bank culture during McCartney's Liverpool days. McCartney decided to remain with the French feel of his song. Vaughan came up with (Michelle, ma belle), Lennon was inspired by a song he heard the previous evening, Nina Simone's recording of (I Put a Spell on You), which used the same phrase but with the emphasis on the last word, (I LOVE YOU).
My daughter from day one was Michelle ma belle I love you.

Wow - that's the first time I've needed to use Pixelmator for a Progressive Scrap... but I finally found the time and got it done! I cut my words out of the paper so the background paper could show through...hopefully that didn't break the Day 1 instructions?
