Choose a fun, multi-colored, patterned paper. Set it for your background. You can stack it with others, but the main one must be F-U-N.
Pick a photo of a celebration. Pick two smaller ones to accompany it. Cluster them in the top right quadrant.
Pick a flower that matches in color to 1 color in the background paper. Pick a button that matches in color to a different color in the background paper. Pick a ribbon that matches to a third color in the background paper. Stitch, in a 4th color, these to the photos.
Make a big "SHOUT-OUT" word about the celebration in the photo (birthday, anniversary, baby, halloween). Tuck it in with the flower, button, stitches...
Add a journaling block or tag, stitch it on just to the right, slightly under your photos.
Journal!
Shadow & finish, make it look great!
