I love photo corners! That & plain white borders are my current favorite way to show off photo’s. They’re also a great addition, a quick & easy element, to add to any kit.
Start by opening a new document. Your choice, but I like 1200X1200 px at 300 dpi.
Drag your paper on in (I choose plain card stock for this example), and ImageŕTrim any excess paper.
Now cut out a perfect triangle. My preferred way:
ImageŕImage RotationŕScale (or Ctrl T): 45°
Now use your Marquee tool http://img2.ymlp104.com/stoneaccents_marqueetool.jpg to select half your square.
Delete
You have a triangle!
Rotate back (Ctrl T = 45°) and we are in business.

To cut out the center of your photo corner, to give it that “photo corner” shape:
Duplicate your triangle layer.
http://img2.ymlp104.com/stoneaccents_photocorners2.jpg
Shrink the duplicate triangle layer by approx. 40% (Ctrl T): W=40% and H=40%
Select duplicate triangle.

Delete smaller, triangle selection on your original triangle layer.
Now all you need to do is apply a drop shadow, or a fun style (gold, silver, sparkly anyone?). And you are done!
