Oh, that's going to make my son very happy - Oma Kok has Alzheimer's and can't make oliebollen any more - but now *I* can!

Oh Yum! I love dutch treats. Do you know how to make those waffle like cookies with the carmel stuff in the middle? I have to buy one of those every week at the farmer's market. Wait... maybe you shouldn't share the recipe! There goes my belly!
