I have my 2nd installment for the Design Factor (http://www.digiscrapconnect.com/forums/index.php?/gallery/album/129-the-design-factor/) completed!

Meal-time Mayhem

The inspiration behind this kit was my very messy 2 year old! He makes such a chaotic mess when he eats! He loves his food but he also loves to spread it around - EVERYWHERE!!! I have taken so many photos of him plastered in yummy spaghetti, baked beans, birthday cake, chocolate, vegemite... the list goes on LOL!

All papers, elements, textures and styles were created by me. My doodles and elements were drawn in Illustrator. The writing on my papers is my own handwriting. Ribbons and buttons were scanned and extracted by me.

Contains 6 Patterned Papers, 6 Solid Papers (Cardstock) and over 20 unique Elements. Not all shown. Click on the image to go to the Gallery where you can download. Enjoy!

LOL! Here's Wiki's definition...

Vegemite (ˈvɛdʒɨmaɪt/ vej-ə-myt)[1][2] is a dark brown Australian food paste made from yeast extract. It is a spread for sandwiches, toast, crumpets and cracker biscuits, and filling for pastries. It is similar to British, New Zealand, and South African Marmite, Australian (US owned) Promite, and to Swiss Cenovis.

Vegemite is made from used brewers' yeast extract, a by-product of beer manufacturing, and various vegetable and spice additives. It is salty, slightly bitter, and umami or malty similar to beef bouillon. The texture is smooth and sticky. It is not as intensely flavoured as British Marmite and it is less sweet than the New Zealand version of Marmite.

I'm sure there's probably plenty of Aussies that aren't partial to it, but for a lot of us, it's just part of our daily food routine!! I have it on toast almost everyday, as do my boys. I also add tomato or avocado - mmmmm, delicious :))...

It tastes better than it sounds :blech: LOL!!!
