I'm here, late but here ;)

step 1 - use your favorite color as the major background paper (patterned or plain)
step 2 - use 5 photos. 1 a large square and 4 smaller squares.
step 3 - make a cluster and put 3 of the 4 smaller photos in it. Put the fourth photo in a corner
step 4 - add a tag with a string and staple it to the cluster.
step 5 - add something glittery
step 6 - add a swirl behind the pic in the corner
step 7 - a frame somewhere.Can be around photo or not.
step 8 - add a ribbon and/or bows
step 9 - add a title to the lo and date


finish up and post in the chat gallery :)
