6:30 Scrap and Chat with Steph
 

Hey ladies! In case you are checking the forum and chat room, I am having trouble sighing into the chat room..so for now I will just be posting here! Hope that's ok! Sorry!

All those who finish and upload a LO to the gallery -make sure you say it's my SS- will get a little something from me!

Step 4. use your remaining 5 papers- one as a background, one into strips {at least 2} and 3 as paper blocks layered under your matted photo

Step 5. Place your strips along the edge of your LO and use them to journal on.

Steph, I had to switch journaling and titling locations from your suggestion during the speedscrap, because it was too late in the progress of this layout to do it. My strips were tiny ones to begin with, and not suitable for it, so the journaling is on one of the color blocks, reduced opacity-just barely printable to recount the number of ways and the many tips this friend of mine has taught me about digital photography. This time this lady's IN the picture I took, not behind her camera which is her usual place. Other photos of her are on my blog.

Here's mine, I made a scatter, used the banner for either the string or stitching, and the sheild is substitute for the button. I added a few more things to finish it off.

Hi... here's mine I used Lynn Griffin's Mistletoe Memories to make this... the photo I took really early in the morning on my way to the college library. I've actually taken pictures on this tree on multiple occasions, but I think the light was just right on this particular day.
