POINT IN TIME challenge, September
 

Between The Birthday Bash and getting back in the groove after summer vacation, I hope you find time to play this month.

There are rules this month.........
* 1 photo if you have one. if not, no problem......
* Something that happened in your family in the year 1894 (move, births, marriages, even burials)
* A little journaling to explain what happened, who was involved, and how you are related
* If you would use a Studio Designer, that would be an extra nice Thank You for all the hard work that goes into keeping keeping us supplied with kits.

And of course the most important rule: HAVE FUN DIGGING UP THE INFORMATION YOU WILL BE USING!!! 8D

I have photos but no idea what was going on. How sad that we don't get stories before everyone is gone. SOOOO important!!

So glad you are back! I have really missed this challenge! I have a special event for 1899, but don't know about 1894??

I have some births in the 1890s, but nothing in 1894. Can't find a thing for 1894.

That's ok. I tooka stab and picked the year because it was the first year that Memorial Day was an official holiday..... It's why I usually pick a date range....With all the goings on in our families, who's to say that that particular year everybody stayed out of trouble. LOL! I am hereby expanding the dates from 1890 till 1900 :-)

Oh WOW.. I have no idea.. I might have to skip this one. OR not.. I know in 1882 my Great grandfather was born.. 100 years later in 1982 my son was born ;-) I'll have to think about this one..

My dad's aunt is really an ancestry nut and had all the stuff I needed for a great, great, great Aunt Mary....

I don't have a page but wanted to share. My Great Grandmother and Great Grandfather were both born in 1900...Grandma in May and Grandpa in November, that was a big secret in our family because she was older than he was :)

WOW great heritage layouts ladies.. wish I would have had time to join in but really don't have any info for those dates. ;-( Maybe I need to go out and take photos of tombstones too *LOL*
