Lou, the talent behind LouCee Creations, & Deanna, the talent behind Flower Scraps are our next FEATURED DESIGNERS! We are changing things up with the challenge, officially starting next year in January, but Lou & Deanna both volunteered to be our "guinea pigs" for the new format!
