For me, each link I click on in the gallery gives me "page not found", so I do have issues too.
Like when I click "my photo's" or the progressive scrap gallery or simply a layout to look a bit closer, it calls me

You 404’d it. Gnarly, dude. :confused: heee, I'm not a dude :rolleyes:

That "g'narly dude" is on my fix-it list. It was funny the first time, LOL, but now I want something more appropriate. Maybe "oops scrapped it"?

I hope this does NOT delete what we have in our accounts waiting to be downloaded.. ;-( I've been so busy since Thanksgiving all the through Christmas that I just have not had the time to sit here long enough to download all the kits that I bought !!

No it shouldn't effect your existing orders or downloads. Downloads are good for 35 days and 8 downloads.
If your days have expired you can try asking us at customer service to reset them for you. We will try to help you as best we can :) If the designer is no longer with our store though we can't reset what is not on our servers. Hope that helps
