Kitchen tip
Whenever making deviled eggs I put my mixture in a ziploc bag and cut a corner. It makes it so much easier to fill the cut eggs and it looks pretty too.=)
I also do this with frosting when decorating cookies with the kids. |
I do the same thing. When I want to be really fancy, I put them in a pastry bag with my largest decorating tip and make pretty designs.
I recently read a tip somewhere to make the whole thing right in the bag. Use a heavy duty freezer bag appropriate to the amount you're making. Seal it and squish the yolks. Add your other ingredients and then just kneed until it's mixed. Snip off the tip and pipe. It saves you from having to wash the bowl. |
Great tip!! I love deviled eggs and will definately try this!
