May 2008 - My SAS-y Self Challenge
 

May's almost here and the next SAS-y Self challenge is ready to go!

TOPIC for May: This month the challenge is to create a layout about a special friend. I know, I know, most of us are blessed to have a number of good friendships. Choose one or two people and tell us why they're special to you.

The challenge will run from May 1-31. Please use a kit from the SAS-y store (or any freebie by an SAS designer) to create your layout, post to the My SAS-y Self gallery, and come back to this forum to post a link to the gallery so we can all ooh-and-aah over what you made!

The theme for this month's posting bonus is "Mother's Day Brunch." I've seen all the previews by my fellow-designers, and trust me... this kit is beautiful! You're going to want to do as many challenges as you can to collect all the parts. Here's my contribution and the posting bonus for this challenge:


I chose two of my closest girlfriends and did some layouts about them to get us started. This is a 2-page layout made using my Girlicious kit:
