Sherah's Sweet Bread
 

Sherah's Sweet Bread (skrapper Digitals)

( you can include whatever type of packed and well drained fruit you like
like, apples, bananas,canned pumpkin,strawberries or even grated zucchini)

3 Cups Flour
1/2 Cups brown sugar packed
2 Cups white sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 C. oil
2 C. (packed well drained fruit, or zucchini)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 Cup chopped nuts (i usually use walnuts or pecans)
2 teaspoons cinnamon

bake in 3 4 inch by 8 inch loaf pans
at 350 degrees farenheit for
1 hour or until knife comes out clean
(i've never made it in a larger pan but i
imagine you could if you just watched it
carefully :-)
