Help, I'm missing links

I placed an order # 54819 & some links are missing & one is broken :confused: I used the contact us last fri but haven't heard anything

help, I'm missing links

Hi there
I've got the same problem! Placed order on 5th February and sent 2 messages through the contact us page with no reply.
My order number 54980 included the Grandad Mega Kit but on the order info even though all the parts are listed there are no download links for any of the parts of this set.
Please help!
