What does the cupcake girl mean?
 

In playing the halloween game and looking for the "ghouls" I found a girl holding a cupcake that says "you found me" I tried clicking on her but nothing happens. What does she mean? Is she some other contest? I can't find anything on the forums about her.

Just answering this so others who are wondering will know, there were some images still in the descriptions from our last scavenger hunt, please disregard them. I have removed them all now.
