Nap Time, Scrap Time?
 

Hey Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a mid-day (EST) weekly chat. My son goes down for a quiet time around 2 EST during the week (if I'm doing my math right)! And I thought it might be fun to do a little chat during this time once a week. I know it won't be nap time for all of you, and many people will be at work or whatnot, but if there are people around during this time period - I'll give it a go :D

I'm thinking low-key, scrap, chat, maybe a contest or challenge here or there....mostly just some time for me (us) to interact with others during the day!

What do you think?

sounds fun :) - 2 pm EST means 8 pm for me so I should be able to attend at least now and then

Wonderful Min! I hoped it would hit a good evening time for at least a few folks....or early morning for others :D

that time frame works for me! It's right before I have to grab the boy from school at 3 (which is literally 5min away from my house, walking!) - I will have to warn you though, I get a little crazy in that chat room! :l ;)

I haven't done many chats here, but only because I go to bed really early (usually climb into bed around 7:30 or 8 CST and watch some TV to relax....sleep by 9) and most chats are at night!

Same here, Manda... I used to be a nightowl before the kids came along and squashed that trait right out of me! I usually am in bed & sleeping by 10 at the latest, but I turn off the comp around 8:30-ish to watch TV to unwind from the day... :)

Manda that is actually a good time for me now that I am retired and czaring for mom and dad. Middle of the day - great time!

I could make that sometimes - just depends on what crazy schedule I'm working on that week LOL.

When i am home for work, i can stop in and visit Manda! that is the perfect time for all the europeans i believe..xoxo

hmm 2am here so it would depend what day it was on LOL but I think it's a fantastic idea Manda, I know I love my chat time on Mondays, it's always fun :)

I keep meaning to ask you what the time difference between you and I is Tracy! This kind of math hurts my head.....so if it's 2PM EST it's 2 AM your time....and 1 PM my time....so 13 hours! So crazy!

Dang, this sounds wonderful! I don't chat enough...but that is the time I am at the gym! (because it's the quiet time with no one there!).

My little currently is NOT on a good nap schedule, sadly, but let me see if we can at least set up a random Chat one day, during this time frame!

Sounds great, but I could only stay for 20 minutes. I leave to get the grandkids at the school bus stop at 2:20. Then I'm usually back by 2:30 and could jump back on again.
