Hello From Maine
Hi All, My name is Charly,I go by Sunny Day Scraps in the Digi World I own a scrap store of my own with co owner and sell at One other, I also CT for a few wonderful Ladies aswell.One being a wonderful Designer Here Marie H Designs. I love to make Kits and Scrap Layouts i have been designing for a few yrs and CTing for less than a yr but loving every minute of it LOL. I live on the Coast of Maine In a small fishermans Town Haprswell maine with my Hubby of 20 yrs and our son and his girlfriend our 4 dogs and 5 cats LOL. I am a stay at home wife so i am on pc most of the time my Hubby is a Firefighter/Emt and also works as a Mechanic for a construction company. I thought that was a great intro, I've been to Maine a few times, we usually hit Portland, it's gorgeous there! Very happy when I heard Marie was joining the team!! Great to see you mingling with the crew here, we have an awesome group of ladies, you probably know a bunch of them! ;) :)) |

Portland Huh?Must like the citys? we are 45 mins from there go there alot to the mall,I Love the ocean so we live on that,too hot int he city and Hubby is so not a city boy he hates going there to the mall too many people HEHE |

Hi Charly welcome to the Studio hun, I am also a fellow EMT wife, my hubby is a paramedic here in Sydney definitely a City boy when it comes to work, he loves it as he is right in the heart of the city and gets a great variety of patients. I'd love to visit Maine one day, it sounds just beautiful.

You got it, I'm a city gal! ;) Although, I do treasure my memories of visiting the Amish Country in PA throughout my childhood, we would go there every year for vacation and I loved it! So quiet and peaceful! :))

OMGosh, Charly it is gorgeous!! I can't believe that's your FRONT YARD!! I... uh... have a blacktop front yard, not even a newly black topped front yard!! LOL! It's where we park the car ;) 8D

Hi Charly, welcome to theStudio. I'm a 'sort of' neighbor, I'm in southern NH. I have some friends over in Boothbay Harbor and I was there for a visit this past May, looks very similar to your photos of Harpswell. Beautiful! I was able to see some seals (well, one, LOL) swimming in the bay when I was there. I imagine you see a lot of those and puffins too? But, gosh, I bet the winters are harsh, is that true?
