step 1 - Pick a background paper with a scene on it
step 2 - Put a border of some sort on one or two sides
step 3 - use two frames around one picture
step 4 - add a swirl of some sort
step 5 - add 3 flowers/elements around your frame
step 6 - add some word art to your page
step 7 - Add some sparkle or glitter somewhere on your page.
step 8 - add 2-3 ribbons to your flower/element cluster
step 9 - finish up with a title and some journaling and post
