Happy vacation Maurine! Hope you will create some lovely memories!

Love this month's theme, as a Dutch girl and having lived in France for years I'm all about cheese. It's one of my daily essentials. I love all cheeses, especially the handmade, the ones you'll find on the French local marker and luckily more and more on my local Oregon farmers market!

Anyone ever tried their hand at making your own? Once you have mastered making yogurt, making cheese is easy as pie! ;-) Maybe I'll make what we call in Europe Quark pie.
