Okay when you are in her gallery where all the thumbnails are, scroll to the very bottom and look over to the left
you'll see an unsubscribe from gallery button, click that and the emails should stop hun.

Or in the drop down for image options, in the user options part there is the option to receive email updates on an image, check that that is not selected and activated on the member's images or gallery.
