fx photoshop elements

I recieved a fx styles photoshop ..thing..in a kit from Booland, actually a couple one for glitters and another for patterns

I put them into my photoshop
adobe - photohop 7 - presets - styles

I did all this while PS was off

I can't seem to find it though

can someone help me please, will it be on the right hand side, under effects,?
