
A second one from me. I am really enjoying this. Not nearly as daunting as doing an entire layout. Iam a definite fan.. Enjoy! I serve this frequently during the winter months when we fire the brick oven in the back yard and make pizzas for a crowd. Always a big hit! Any red can be used I just happen to like zinfandels, but have used other reds. if its a dryer red feel free to up the sugars a little bit!
