When I was 10 yrs old I started making Fried Biscuit Balls. I didnít know what they were called; but since I made biscuit dough and shaped them into balls the name seemed right. I didnít have a book. I was 14 when my Aunt Opal gave me the Westinghouse Cook Book that was 1955. This book called them French-Fried Biscuits. I still call them Balls and I still have my much worn Westinghouse Cook Book. These are fast and easy; plus who doesnít have a can of biscuits in the refrigerator. So if you need comfort food on a cold winterís night; I canít think of anything faster or easier than Fried Biscuit Balls. They are YUMMY. Please see my recipe card with Cream Cheese Vanilla Glaze and Maple Glaze. ENJOY. God Bless~Blowing Hugs & Kisses Your Way.
