Don't know a lot about actions myself but
www.PanosFx.com has free actions for PSE. According to him, actions created for PS don't work in PSE correctly as they have left out certain things in PSE. He does tell you exactly HOW TO FIND YOUR ACTIONS and where to install them to. LOL! His actions are really great as they stop after each step and tell you what he's going to do next or how you can adjust the current step to suit yourself. I love his PSE actions. He has photo bends, etc. His blog has a special forum section devoted to his PSE actions and question threads. He's very good about answering you right away, too. He has a lot of freebies and also some more advanced that he sells.
