For so many of us, our computers are a LIFELINE. I can't stress enough how important it is (especially since we tend to download a LOT as scrap-surfers) that we properly protect our computers... not just from viruses in our email, but from all different sources of malicious viruses, hackerware, spyware, etc. This is a great resource for all of us.
