Another Peanut Butter Fudge recipe
Peanut butter Fudge
3 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup butter or margerine
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 - 7 oz. jar marshmallow fluff
1 tsp vanilla
Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt.
Bring to a full boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla, marshmallow fluff and peanut butter; stirring until smooth and dull.
Spread into a foil lined 9 x 13 inch pan, chilling until firm.
makes 2 1/4 lbs.
