Yep. It's a software issue, there is a new version out & I'm working with customer service on the best time to install it. A little hesitant to install new software in the middle of our busiest month!
In the meantime, it is a huge pain, but clearing cookies and relogging in (yep, 4-5 times sometimes!) seems to be the only fix till I brave the update.
Fingers crossed! I'll post when it's done.
