Oops, late to the ball again!
Let's try something different this month - instead of using a theme, let's go for more of a style/technique kind of thing.
Let's try to give our ATCs an Altered Art quality this month. If you're familiar with altered art alreaady, you needn't read further. If you're not, this link may help:

Use some vintage clipart, or 'rubber stamp' it with brushes, make it look as if you collaged some odds and ends onto the layout, something like that.
