Hi Tiffany, if you have items in your collection that are allowed for Commercial Use, you can use them to create something, read the Terms of Use. They can be freebies you downloaded as long as it's ok for CU.
No credit requires means that you can use that item and don't have to include credit or a link back for that designer when you make your own kit.
Credit is usually included in your own TOU or on a separate note labelled as Credits.
Getting an account on 4shared or Mediafire is very simple and free.
