Here are two recipes I am submitting for this month's recipe challenge and my blank recipe card. This is the first time I've ever done a recipe challenge, and it was a lot of fun as well as a learning experience. I actually like the first card I made better, but it was a tabbed card and I couldn't figure out a way to save it as a .jpg file that would preserve the transparency around the tab at the top of the card. This happened because I had used the yellow index card as a clipping mask on top of the multicolored paper (below) and then erased most of the paper to make it look like it was only edging the yellow card. Back to the drawing board, as they say!
