I'm starting this thread for all of you to post ideas and suggestions on what you would like to see in the Heritage Challenges. Each of us are different and I would like to see all of your ideas incorporated into the challenges. When enough suggestions have been added, I will set up a poll so that we can vote on which we would like to do most. If we have lots of suggestions, perhaps we can put a poll up each month and choose a monthly topic a little in advance. You are all so faithful to post your lovely layouts, I can't wait to see what you come up with here.

Family Traditions....for everyday. Like, not holidays or birthdays, but little things, like making sure we all have dinner together, or staying up late with the kids in your bed to talk through the week...stuff like that.
A favorite relative from childhood...not immediate family. Your favorite place as a child and/or teenager. Things your parents never knew. Just a few suggestions.

I was first attracted to SAS because of your genealogy section. I love doing the other challenges and scrapping my grandchildren...but their parents are doing it too. I NEED, want and MUST do the heritage photos !! I am the memory keeper for the OLDEN DAYS. Any help or inspiration at all is appreciated . Time period themes with journaling seem to be my biggest hurdles. I got some info on my relatives in the civil war. Trying to get my dad's ww2 info. How to scrap this info by era .Any inspiration at all is welcome.

Like Joba 2 - I am the only person left in my immediate family to record our ancestry. I have tried to get the younger generations interested without much success. They enjoy looking at what I have assembled but do not seem interested in assembling their own.
I need as much help as possible with learning how to scrap heritage photos with special emphasis on journaling. |
