Digital Designs 2 for scrapbooking, making your own by Rennee Pearson for Photoshop Elements

Its easy to convert to Photoshop. I think this book is perfect for beginners, It has the basics, creating backgrounds, digital embellishments, using brushes, and other special effects. Its very easy to follow and has some tricks for experienced designers. Its only $19.99 from Simple Scrapbooks
