Well, I think I posted my first link to the wrong forum --- *LOL*

KB and Friends have a lot of vintage kits that I would classify as non-victorian. I would say they range from 20's - 60's. They do have some free samples for registered users in the gallery or forum -- sorry don't exactly remember the location and a nice newsletter that comes out each Saturday.
