October '09 Musical Moments Challenge

I know you can't all be partied out, right? So here is your Musical Moments Challenge for the month of October.

Think of a favorite song of yours or someone you know that has to do with "Color" or a particular color. Find the perfect photo that goes along with that song and create a layout to be proud of. Be sure to include a line or two from the song you've chosen and the artist if you know it.

You can use digital items from any designer... no restrictions! Just be
sure you credit appropriately when you post your layout in the Life's Musical Moments Challenge Gallery. Also be sure to post the link on this thread directing us to it so we can all leave it some love. Any questions, just ask. Have fun and Happy Fall!

And here's how the SAS point system works now when you participate in this and other SAS-y challenges:
• Each challenge offers each participant 10 points for the first LO, 5 points for each additional LO.
• If a participant completes all challenges in one month, she earns a 100 point BONUS.
• 100 points = $1 to the store.
• Points may be redeemed at any time. PM Toiny or any Admin at SAS.

This is my final challenge layout for this month. 'Bout time, huh? It took me a while to match up a picture to a song with a color in it. Thanks for the challenge!

I scrapped one of my favorites - What Colour is the Wind by Charlie Landsborough, a UK singer. I happened on him by accident during the time I was grieving for my younger sister's death from colon cancer. and I made a slide show of this song (the lyrics are very graphic) and placed on YouTUbe. He has a lot of music on there now. This song made him famous.
