August Point in Time challenge

Hi there,

This month is going to be "easy" LOL

The time frame is
1950-1955.
Find something from those years that interests you. Explain a little why you picked what you picked, and if you have pictures, that's even better!

It doesn't HAVE to be family related, but, since this is a heritage challenge, and we all have family information from those years...... that would be great.

As for last months entry.... I'm still working on it LOL.

Joanne, nice that you didn't scrap the neighborhood out of the picture. It gives a nice overview of the time....

Mousee, besides a great memory, you did some mayor work on the photograph too. NICE!

I love 50s music and scrapped about....ELVIS who was rising in popularity then!
