October 10 Progressive Scrap - Day 5

How can it be that today is Day 5 already???:eek: I don't remember the days going by... hm, but since all days are posted, it must be Day 5... LOL

Oh, well, for today you get a beautiful flower and paper by Rebecca aka Twin Mom Scraps (yes, another paper, LOL, don't kill me ):



Use the paper in any way you like but make sure I can see at least a tiny snippet of it, LOL, and use the flower twice! And, please, do count your mushrooms and pumpkins, I noticed a few layouts with more or less of those than required...


Upload your layout to the October Progressive Scrap Gallery, then come back here and post the link to your layout so I can pm tomorrow with the download link for Day 6!

The flower is beautiful and all the layouts in the gallery are looking so good!

I had to check the Day one directions to makle sure I could recolor. I'm happy to have a more solid paper to make that leaf scatter pop, but I needed it to be a little more contrasty to the pumpkins. I really like the look of my layout now!

Love that flower! I put a white border around it (like a sticker effect) and then used the paper to border the border!

That was fun. I haven't understood blending very well until today. I blended the green layer into the new paper. I finally settled on "color" for the blend mode. Here is my layout for day 5: http://www.digitalscrapbookingstudio...gressive-5.jpg
