Mystery Designer Scrap-A-Thon 1, April 2nd, 3-4 pm

Hi all, and welcome to the first Mystery Designer Scrap-A-Thon!

I will meet you all in the Studio's Chat room (Either click "CHAT" in the header or go here: http://www.digitalscrapbookingstudio.com/chat) today from 3-4 pm EST.


Here's a look at the rules (thank you, Toiny, for summing this up so nicely that I can "borrow" it, LOL):

How a speedscrap works:

Every 10 mins the Designer will give you a direction. Example:
Pick two papers and stack them as the background of your layout.
By the end of the hour, you will have received enough directions to complete one LO!
The Designer will also post the directions here in this forum. For people in different time zones and/or not a chat kind of person.
Everyone attending the chat gets a goody from the Designer.

How a Mystery Designer Chat works:

The Designer logs in under a Mystery Designer login.
She still hands out speedscrap directions.
In between directions you can ask her anything!
Guess her identity via PM, either directly in Chat or the PM system on the forum.
All correct guesses receive an extra goody!

Notes: please be patient, this is a big event, lots of Designers, lots of hours, lots of layouts! We will be handing out goodies tonight through Sunday. Yes, yes, roll will be taken during chat

I will update this post with the directions I give out at the chat for you to follow along or to check later.

Instructions:

1. Pick 2 papers and place them on your layout.
2. choose 3 pictures and place them (one should be larger than the other two)
3 Add two more papers
4 Add at least one frame to your pictures
5 Add a title and some journaling (at least two sentences)
6 Embellish as much as you like
