Did you ever resolve this? I'm thinking that you probably have a pop-up blocker on or maybe javascript disabled... do you know how to check for those?

I am sorry for falling behind here ... We are driving from FL to TX as I type! LoL! It's been a busy couple of weeks for me in FL with family and such.. hopefully I will get back into the swing of things next week...

Debe, I tested the download and it works for me... I am not sure what would be causing it other than a pop-up blocker.
