i have to agree with this. This is the only challenge I do regularly. I love these kits and I really enjoy getting all the new recipes to try.

Help! I need some advice please.

I'm European, we use grams for solid stuff and (milli)litres for liquids.
I wanted to do another recipe and found a website that converts these measurements to ounces etc. so my cards will be consistent with the rest.
And now I'm confused. Both grams and millilitres translate to ounces (oz)? Is that possible?
What about the pounds (lb) that I see in some of your recipes? When do you use that instead of ounces? Could somebody please help me here? Thanks
