I'm needing help finding.....
Hi Everyone,
I've been looking all over the place for the following.. have googled for hours and still need help finding the following things.... - a tutorial on how to make these cute cute scrap blinkies I see everywhere... - instructions on how to resize a 12 x 12 scrap kit to 81/2 X 11 or smaller without losing the clarity of what I'm resizing - 4 x 6 templates - a tutorial on how to do an animated border like on the picture below ..  If you can help me on any of these things I would so appreciate it! Thanks in advance and have a great night  Donna aka ladyndawg
