Default Rule of Thirds
Here is a good article on the Rule of Thirds. Using the Rule of thirds applies to photography, but if you think about it, it also applies to a good layout.

Read the articles, then think and look at the galleries around you... Do the layouts you like to look at tend to follow the Rule of Thirds somewhat?

How can you improve your photos, layouts, even designs if you are a designer by applying this principle?
